We are located within the St. Regis Bangkok, which offers indoor private parking complimentary to guests upon validation of the car park receipt by the hotel team.
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice to reschedule appointments, subject to availability at the Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie. Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 3 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If there is a “No Show” without any prior cancellation as specified above, the entire charge of the treatment booked will be applied. The entire charge will also be levied for cancellation of a 30-minute treatment.
It is important to be aware that the Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie is not suitable for young children unless a family treatment is booked. Our aim is to provide a peaceful environment for all our guests.
